Cancellation Policy

The customer may cancel a transaction in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.

Transaction cancellation will be possible from the moment the order is placed until before the product is shipped, within 14 days of the transaction date.

In the event of cancellation after the product has been shipped, cancellation will be possible in accordance with the conditions stipulated by law and upon return of the product in new condition, in its original packaging, and unused.

A refund will be issued according to the payment method used for the transaction.
